1. Overview & Sacred Nature of Services

At Sri Sri Sri Gayathri Jyothishyalayam, guided by Chebolu Sri Rama Teja Sharma (Astrologer & Vastu Pandit), every astrological reading, Janma Kundali preparation, Muhurtha evaluation, and remedial spiritual service requires significant dedicated Vedic study, astrological calculations, and ritual preparation prior to the session.

We value the time and devotion of our clients and strive to maintain complete transparency regarding our cancellation and refund processes.

2. Appointment Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected personal emergencies or schedule conflicts can arise.

• Advance Notice: You may request to reschedule your consultation without any penalty if you inform us at least 12 to 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation slot.
• Rescheduling Method: To reschedule, please contact our support desk directly via WhatsApp or phone call at +91 96666 91549 or email us at srisrisrigayathriastrology@gmail.com.
• Availability: Rescheduling is subject to available consultation slots and Guruji's schedule.

3. Consultation Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the following principles:

• Cancellations 24 Hours or More Prior: If you cancel your scheduled consultation at least 24 hours before the appointment time and before your Janma Kundali (birth chart) or preliminary Vedic calculations have commenced, you will be eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable payment processing / gateway charges.
• Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Due to the time committed to reserving Guruji's calendar and beginning chart preparations, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a monetary refund, but our team can assist you with rescheduling to an alternate available date.
• Completed Consultations: Once a personal consultation (in-person at our Kendra, via phone call, or over video call) has concluded or your astrological report has been delivered, the fee / Dakshina is strictly non-refundable, as the professional and spiritual service has been fulfilled.
• No-Show or Missed Appointments: If a client fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notification, the session will be marked as missed and no refund will be issued. However, one-time rescheduling may be considered under exceptional humanitarian grounds at our Kendra's sole discretion.

4. Pooja, Rituals, Yantras & Gemstones

• Pooja & Homa Ceremonies: Dakshina and material expenses for Poojas, Havans, or planetary remedial rituals are utilized to acquire sacred samagri, flowers, prasadam, and compensate assisting Vedic priests. Once these sacred arrangements are initiated, payments cannot be refunded.
• Energized Yantras & Certified Gemstones: Custom-energized yantras, sanctified rings, or personalized gemstones consecrated specifically in your name, Gotra, and Nakshatra are customized spiritual products and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once consecrated or dispatched.

5. Double Charges & Technical Payment Failures

If an amount has been debited from your bank account or card multiple times due to a payment gateway error, or if your payment was successful but your appointment was not confirmed by the digital booking system:

• Please notify us immediately with your transaction reference number, payment screenshot, date, and time.
• Upon verification with our payment gateway partner, duplicate debits will be fully refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) used during booking. Depending on your financial institution or card issuing bank, the credited amount typically reflects within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

7. Discretion of the Kendra

Sri Sri Sri Gayathri Astrology reserves the sole right to assess refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. In cases of abusive behavior, fraudulent transactions, or misrepresentation, the Kendra reserves the right to deny service and refuse refund requests.
