These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the website, mobile applications, and spiritual consultation services provided by Sri Sri Sri Gayathri Jyothishyalayam ("we", "our", "us"), led by Chebolu Sri Rama Teja Sharma (Astrologer & Vastu Pandit) in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

By accessing this website, scheduling an appointment, or using any of our consultation or digital portal services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Astrological Guidance & Spiritual Faith

Vedic Astrology (Jyotishya Vidya), Janma Kundali readings, Numerology, Vastu Shastra, and Gemstone recommendations are ancient spiritual traditions based on cosmic calculations and sacred Vedic scriptures.

• Astrological predictions and planetary remedies are intended as guidance, insights, and spiritual counseling to assist your life decisions.
• Astrology should not substitute professional medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or psychological advice. Always consult certified medical practitioners or licensed professionals for serious health, legal, or fiscal matters.
• While Guruji and our scholarly astrologers apply rigorous Vedic calculations and lifelong experience, no astrologer can guarantee 100% deterministic outcomes, as individual karma, free will, and divine grace play supreme roles.

3. Accurate Birth Information & Devotee Responsibility

The precision of any horoscope calculation, Dasha evaluation, or planetary transit relies directly on the accuracy of your provided birth parameters:

• Exact date of birth (Day, Month, Year).
• Precise time of birth (including AM/PM and time zone adjustments where applicable).
• Accurate birth city / town and state.

Sri Sri Sri Gayathri Astrology holds no liability for discrepancies in readings or remedies caused by incorrect, incomplete, or altered birth data provided by the devotee.

4. Appointments, Consultations & Rescheduling

We offer both in-person consultations at our Visakhapatnam Kendra and remote digital sessions (Phone Call, Video Call, and WhatsApp audio/video).

• Punctuality: Clients are requested to join the scheduled consultation slot on time. If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to respect subsequent devotees.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly inform us at least 12 to 24 hours prior via phone or WhatsApp. We will do our utmost to accommodate an alternate auspicious time.
• Conduct: We maintain a serene, respectful, and sacred environment. Harassment, offensive language, or abusive behavior toward Guruji or our Kendra staff will lead to immediate cancellation of services without refund.

5. Fees, Dakshina & Refund Policy

Consultation fees and Dakshina for Pooja, Yantra sanctification, or personalized rituals are dedicated towards the preparation of astrological charts, scholarly time, and ritual offerings.

Once a horoscope analysis or live consultation has been delivered, fees are non-refundable. For cancellations made prior to chart preparation or session commencement, credit adjustments or refunds will be addressed on a case-by-case basis at the Kendra's sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Sacred Content

All content published on this website—including articles, astrological descriptions, videos, logo designs, Vedic diagrams, audio recitations, and custom software elements—is the exclusive intellectual property of Sri Sri Sri Gayathri Astrology and its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Management & Deletion

Registered users who have created an account or profile on our digital portal have the right to request deletion of their profile, past records, and account credentials at any time via our dedicated Delete Account request page.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Sri Sri Sri Gayathri Astrology, Guruji Sri Gayatri Siddhanti, or its staff members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from actions, decisions, investments, marital choices, or life directions undertaken by the client following a consultation.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
